"I have been a resident at a property managed by Dickinson and Associates for almost 7 years. In those 7 years, any time that i've submitted a maintenance issue, they have always addressed it in a timely and courteous manner. On multiple occasions, i have contacted my property manager, Diana J. with any concerns about my rental that i may have, and she has always been attentive and respectful towards me and those concerns and handled them with much integrity. On a personal level, all that work for Dickinson and Associates Property Rentals are always a pleasure to interact with, whether in the office or on the phone. I am always made to feel valuable and important to them. And that matters to me!! Ive rented from others before, but by far this has been the best most positive rental experience. The best!!! Thank you Diana, Linda and all at Dickinson and Associates.......Keep up the excellent work!!!"

"I currently lease and and have been a loyal on time tenant with all positive up keep on the said house. I have had NOTHING but problem after problem since moving in, in August last year. They are VERY slow about getting anyone to address any issues, and are down right rude and do not respond even in a emergency situation, even problem that could be damaging the home. Such as backed up water. Overflowing sewer into the home, on the floors. I am of course referring to the property management portion of this company. I can back up all of this with texts and pictures and precise time frames. I pay $1795 per month. This is not a low rent, low income type of property. And that shouldn't even matter. I've asked to speak to the actual owner of the property, to discuss things. I have a feeling they don't know what goes on. They deny having a way of talking to the person that owns the property to have a 3 way call. I'm thinking it's not adding up."
