"This place is by no means perfect. You can tell it’s been ran down, by some irresponsable landlords; but the new landlord tries the best she can. With a little help from the tenants, with keeping their areas clean, and not stealing from property. It could be a very nice place for your family. Maybe with the cop that just recently moved it, that’ll crack down a bit. Even a good part time maintenance guy could come handy."

"The last manager Nicole was terrible...even though, I cleaned the apartment spotless, she still charged me a clean up fee and sent it to the credit agency. I had pictures and even talked to the owner but it was no good. Anwyho, its good to know they have a new manager...other than that, my experience at Ridgewood was very pleasant until I seen a methhead walking around my car at 2 in the morning. I moved after that!"
