"I came in wanting my hair shorter and I Believe the hair stylist name is Angelica, she showed me the back of my hair with the mirrors and then she cut a small piece in the very back at the bottom of my hair and brought that piece of my hair to the front, so that i could see how short it would look ! I really appreciated those extra steps to ensure I was confident before she fully cut my hair !"

"I had a fantastic experience at the Great Clips in Beaumont. Even though the salon was very busy, my stylist Alexis provided excellent and efficient service. She was friendly, attentive, and gave me exactly the haircut I asked for. Alexis worked quickly while still taking the time to ensure she cut my hair properly. The end result was a fabulous new hairstyle that has received many compliments! I highly recommend requesting Alexis if you visit this Great Clips location. Her skills, positive attitude, and attention to detail are outstanding. I'm so happy I found such a talented stylist. "Came in this Sunday around 4:50pm, I was greeted by a petite blonde, who did a great adult haircut. However, this review is for the rude brunette who very rude upon checking in and did what she wanted, instead of the bangs we asked for on my child. I showed her a photo of Jenna Ortega’s long bangs from the Wednesday Netflix special and was specific to only cut to the brow, not above. She proceeded to still ask my daughter, who communicated the same. Why she’s asking (again) and to a minor (not the parent) is beyond me. Not only did she over texture the bangs, but they’re extremely short and not the bangs we asked for at all. They’re instead giving Lydia from Beetlejuice vibes. We’re just hoping they grow out asap. Never trusting this place with my child’s bangs again."

"Went here to have my kids hair cut during this pandemic. Used coupon as usual. I only received one code and they were very patient to wait for me to work on another coupon for my other child. My kids like their haircut and so do I. Very nice and professional staff."
