"Hours posted here are incorrect. Drove to office because i could not get ahold of anyone there throughout the week despite trying at least 5 different times during stated business hoursand leaving a message with their service which had not been returned as of 3 days later. Arrived at office to find note on door saying closed on Fridays."

"I booked an appointment for this morning at 9:40. I got a reminder text from Pinnacle that my appointment was at 9:40. To my surprise, when I showed up at 9:30, the doors were locked, lights were off, and no one was there. I tried calling multiple times and no one was picking up. When I went next door, they told me that Pinnacle picks and chooses their hours and to just find a different place to go. If you’re going to have selective hours and not come in, at least have the decency to tell the patient you’re closed."
