"They were good once they finally came in the room to see Arel. We waited a hour before the Doctor came in to see him and we had a appointment. I would hate to see how long you have to wait being a walk in! They called about a hour after we got home with the results of his X-rays . Which surprised us because we thought it would be the next day."

They took me to a bathroom that had no sink or trash can, which was weird and uncomfortable, then they left me sitting in a room for 45 minutes with no updates and I thought they had forgotten me."

Walked into this supposed walk-in clinic, the receptionist was clearly agitated that I had just interrupted her computer time, and said our wait is 3 hours, then lazily make us try to check in online even tho we're standing right there. Sat in the waiting room for her to check us in after registering online, 45 min later she was still doing nothing at her computer. During that time I was able to schedule an appointment to be seen at The Little Clinic across the street, IN FIFTEEN MINUTES!! Finishing up at the little clinic now, and I still have yet to receive any kind of confirmation from CareNow"
