"Agree with other posts. WE just got a bill from May 2023. It was reprocessed three times before getting it correctly coded so insurance would pay. You go to the website on the bill to pay online and it is not secure so their cert expired. The website looks cheesy as all get out which makes me think they have a really bad IT which is probably outsourced. Luckily they had a QR code on the bill which was secure via my cell phone. No way to do business."

"This appears to be a fake business. I believe medical records were hacked and this "company" is falsifying bills. This does not appear to be a registered business. Checked with the BBB to file complaint and they are not a registered business. I will not be giving out additional personal information to this company as it seems like a fishing sceme."

"I had a bicycle accident in August which required some X-rays to be taken. A month later I received a statement which appeared that my insurance had not been filed. I provided them with my information so they could make a proper claim. However, a month later I received a “ final notice” statement, so I called and after a lengthy hold time I was finally able to speak to a representative who assured me that my insurance would be filed and to disregard the bill that I would receive an updated statement after they heard back from my insurance. My next contact however, was from a collection agency claiming I haven’t paid my bill. Totally unprofessional and unorganized. Very disappointed in the way this company handles their business affairs."

"Billing is a joke. I was sent a check for $5 for overpayment of my copays. At my last appt. I was told to cash the check and they would add it to my office visit because they had already issued a $5 credit on my office visit 2 weeks before. I was fine with that but now I have received a bill for $5 in the mail requesting immediate payment with the amount circled in red, payment on receipt. It is aggravating and to get it straightened out waste my time and tries my patience."

"I received a bill for services from Oct 2022 that did not show any of the payments I had made. I called and no one could find the payments I made nor what the correct charges should be. I was told they were going to put my account on hold for 30 days while they researched my billing and they would send me a corrected bill if applicable. I never heard back so I thought they found the payments and correct charges. On March 16 I receive a collection agency statement for this bill but it is much less so they looked into my charges and corrected them but NEVER sent me an updated bill. I can’t believe that Vanderbilt medical would use such an incompetent imaging service to partner with. After reading other reviews it appears to this is normal business for ADI"
