I called a day before trying to get a last minute appointment of a Friday! A Lash artist, Lauren, who I’ve never seen was able to make an accommodation and came in at 6am to accommodate me and my last minute plans ☺️ lashes came out beautiful! She was so kind. "Sharing my honest review for Vanessa! I went to this place since Oct and have had Vanessa each time. (3 times) I texted Vanessa on Instagram to show her my lashes and how bad they looked not even a week later and she was trying to charge me for a mini fill of $40 which is absolutely ridiculous to be charged not even a week later! I've been told it looks like ive had my lashes filled 2 weeks prior and its only been since Dec 23rd. She said it was due to shedding which is ridiculous considering ive gone to her 3 times already and nothing has changed not even the weather as she claims! BEWARE OF HER PROTOCOL FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS. If a returning customer gets treated like this imagine a new client! Will not be returning lost a returning customer!!"
