"My wife got a haircut here by Mara. It was not a good experience, Mara acted clueless and almost combative. Mara shampooed my wife's hair after not before the cut even though she questioned Mara. My wife didn't want to make a scene so she just dealt with it. This should not have happened, and Mara should have simply asked. My wife did not want a high under cut, she wanted her to cut the short hair she had already, she wanted it layered/unblended, and she blended it. She was rough on my wife's neck and snipped her neck. Mara tried down playing it until she saw my wife was bleeding a bit. She also managed to get the backing of my wife's earring off, and now it's missing? It seems as though either Mara is as clueless as she says she is, or acting dumb to not get in trouble or because she got a little push back and not wanting to deal with it. Either way, my wife's neck stings and is red and irritated. What was supposed to be a simple haircut and easy time, turned stressful for no good reason. Mara's communication is seriously lacking and most of these issues shouldn't have even been an issue, if she listened and clarified instead of mentally checking out. We will not be returning."

"I been to a lot of local salons and barbers around the area and I haven't returned. Here they have good standards and and well experience hair stylist. I recommend to go here first then try other local spots if you're unsatisfied. This is my go to spot now."

"I specifically told Mara to do a medium low Fade with the side comb and 1 on the sides. She gave my son a high fade. And its not even a fade, it looks like a solid 1 going all the way up on the ends. So now my sons hair looks like a mushroom with no fade. My sisters wedding is in two days too."

"This is definitely a one and done situation, no disrespect to the people cutting hair but they're just not going to cut your hair decently if you're a man that liked fades. I asked for a low fade, soon she said she was done, I asked if she could blend it a little more, she confirmed then proceeded to just take it higher and higher instead of blending, I ended with a crooked and jagged high fade. The back of my head looks downright silly."

"If l can give -2 I would. They made me a terrible haircut. One side shorter than the other side. I went back to show their mistake and fixed it. They refuse to fix it. Told me they had no time. To return another day. The salon was empty. I would like to get my money back because I had to go to another salon to fix it Don't go there. Bad service. Not professionals and rude on top of all. DON'T GO THERE"
