"Have pretty . much had a great experience for years..Dr.Gaston Sr. Was my primary til he retired.I have now had Dr.Majors for years it seems.Have never had a problem with him at all..His staff are amazing ❤️"
"Dr. Pak is nice with a professional demeanor. He has frequently asked for my input about treatment options instead of offering a recommendation. He also discouraged me from vaccinations recommended as per national standards. I am not a doctor and therefore must rely on their recommendations. I prefer a doctor that is in agreement with recognized scientific standards and has more confidence in my diagnosis and treatment. The real problem was billing. They use a third-party billing service that handles many medical businesses. Over five visits, not a single bill was correct. The office billed facilities that I did not visit and for specialists I did not see. Each visit required at least two-hours of phone calls to the business office and Cigna. The bills were never corrected but the previous balance on the new bill were manually adjusted. The company also rejected payments from my bank on each of three attempts to pay. I gave up and changed doctors."

"Save yourself your time and money and find a different Primary Care Physician. I came in needing help and Dr Hamby quite literally told me, you aren't going to figure out whats wrong with you. I felt completely shut down. Biggest waste of my time and money. Then went down to the lab to get blood work done. I was told to ask how much it was before so I could decide if I wanted to proceed and that if I paid day of it would be cheaper as well. I go down and ask how much it is for testing 2 blood panels. The lab tech tells me $75. I ask is that for both samples or 1 and she says both so I choose to proceed. She then tells me that she already closed her money drawer for the day so they will have to bill me, even though I was prepared to pay day of. I get my bill in the mail and it is $145, not $75. When I called Labcorp I can't get to a live person. When I email them they tell me to call to discuss, I asked what button should I press to speak to a person, and now I can get no response. Situations like this are why the health care system in the United States is utterly BROKEN. People are coming to you for help, they are PAYING YOU FOR HELP. Its an absolute shame. Don't waste your time."
"Dr. Major had been my primary care provider for nearly 20 years. I can’t say enough great things about him! The office is a different story. Along with billing being questionable, I’ve recently moved to another state and it has been impossible to obtain my medical records to establish a new provider. They do not have access to their patients records, as they use a third party. My new primary care provider has made requests over the last couple of months for medical records with no response. There’s no one you can speak to, only leave a message where you won’t get a response. They do, however, have a portal where you can request them in return for a fee. I think it’s ridiculous that patients cannot easily access their own records. After calling and waiting to speak with someone who has ability to make appointments, I explained my situation, and the receptionist laughed and said there wasn’t anything she could do. I would never recommend this office to anyone."
