"I was truly excited to try this salon since I recently moved back to Murrieta. I scheduled an appointment with Hailey, and gave her my deposit. She literally messaged me less than 20 minutes before my appointment to cancel. I was more than gracious and understanding because she said she felt sick that morning. We rescheduled for Tuesday. Unfortunately, I tested positive for Covid on Monday and informed her the same day. I asked to reschedule to be considerate of others, and now she has charged me for not showing up. Why is it okay for her to cancel 20 minutes before my appointment with no consequences, but I get sick and have to pay for half the appointment cost? Should I have shown up with Covid instead? I am truly disappointed, especially when my original appointment was canceled literal minutes before. This is an extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate thing to do."

"Not too happy with the way my wife's hair came out, and neither is she. She has long hair and after looking around for more than a year she chose Guru for a cut and dye with highlights. The cost was for $450 and only the bottom portion of the hair was colored and highlighted. She was instructed to come back in two months to finish the job at another cost of $100. I feel a little cheated as i have colored her hair a few times and now over a month into it, it does not look that good as a professional did the job!"

"The space is beautiful and the stylists are so cute and friendly. They serve wine during appointments and the vibe is really fun. There are so many “IG” worthy spots like the pink butterfly bathroom and angel wing mural. They sell Kevin Murphy, Davines and Oribe. If you see girls walking around with THE pastel rainbow or sparkle strands.. they are from GURU. Alyssa is a blonding queen, Kayla is a style master and Stevie is a real colorist. Obsessed with this place."
