"Unfortunately, there was a lot of missed hair. It was my first time coming into this establishment, but I regularly get threaded(every 3-4weeks)-I always get a full face so I can tell when someone is rushing and when someone is taking their time by the results and my time in the chair. It cost $42 (without tip), and I would rather go elsewhere where it is $10 less and get better, precise results. I wanna note that yes, they do hand you a mirror so you can inspect how it looks, but it's not until you're in natural light or looking more up close with a different mirror that you notice the results were not as good as you thought when you saw inside their establishment."

"I usually never complain but I feel so upset. today was my first time going to this place and I had high hopes since the reviews were pretty high. when I got to the part where I had to hold my eyebrow she lifted my hand and roughly put it on my face in the same place I had it which I thought was rude but I ignored it since it’s not the the worst thing in the world. she finished my eyebrows and held up a distorted mirror so I couldn’t even tell what my eyebrows looked like so I said they were good and paid. when I got to my car I took a closer look and saw they were completely uneven and there was a bunch of hairs on one my eyebrows that needed to come off. I went back in and I told her I don’t like to complain but they’re just really uneven. I pointed out what I saw wrong with them. I paid a little under $20 after tipping 15% btw. she had already started on another girl but she told me to sit down so she could fix it. she told me she saw what was wrong with them and she’d fix them. she took the same thread piece she was just using on the other girl and started threading the end piece I wanted fixed which I thought was unsanitary. she brought the distorted mirror back so I couldn’t tell once again what they looked like but I knew they still weren’t right because she didn’t touch any other part of my eyebrow to even them out. I got upset and said I’d fix them at home and left. I’ve never paid close to $20 to get my eyebrows done before and they are the worst they’ve ever been. I’m definitely never coming back to this place. a waste of money and time. (this picture was taken on my way home after she “fixed them”)"

"Usha is the best of the best. She is very experienced. My eyebrows are sisters but she makes them look like twins! I met her in the Menifee location and now I just follow her around and go to this location or Menifee depending on where she is working !"

"This is the worst threading experience I have ever had. My eyebrows are so incredibly thin and misshapen. She completely cut off the tail of my left eyebrow so I’m missing a quarter of my eyebrow on one side and she left a lot of hair underneath my brow. When she handed me the mirror to inspect them I wanted to cry and I was too scared to even have her fix the hair she left under my brow. It looks like someone in training did this and it makes me sick that I actually paid for this “service”. Don’t do it. Just don’t."
