"Why even open?!? Bad customer service from lazy employees. Salon opens at 11am. I made a 12:15 appointment. Immediately got called by Stephanie to reschedule to 12:45. I show up at 12:15 anyway, only to find a "back in 30 min" sign and a "cash only" sign. All light off. I waited till 12:40 with no change in status."
