"Bad experience.... I asked for a color many times, and the lady just applied the color that she wanted. If she can't do that or any problem with my hair. Why she didn't telling me before? It was my decision if I wanted to continue or not."

"I didn't even know this place existed until recently. They were having a special for kids haircuts and I thought I would try this salon. My daughter has sensory difficulties and the staff here was amazing at accommodating her. This was the first hair cut in 5 years that didn't end in tears. Jessie listened to my little girl and made adjustments throughout the entire time. Jessie was calm and fun at the same time. She gave clear and simple directions to my daughter when the scissors came out. The other staff members were also knowledgeable about my questions on "swim hair" and gave me good advice. I will definitely be back."

"So I went for a trim and the hairstylist I got was new and didn’t know what she was doing my bangs came out in even and she did not show me my hair from the back when she was done. It took her one hour and 20 minutes to get a trim."

"Paid for a haircut that even the stylist knew it was off and said didn’t like didn’t want his hair in layers as I told them I did not want that since it was already done on accident at another location she did so anyways. I asked if she can style it after to see how it would look and I ended up doing so myself . Needs more patience with the little ones"

"This is review is on behalf of my mother who is not tech savvy. Note: I have been to this salon twice in the past 6 months, thought the service was decent so I recommended my mother try it out. I genuinely regret this decision. I will never come here again or recommend them like I had in the past. The reason: My mother came here for a TRIM. No fancy hairstyling, no shampooing, no blow drying the hair. Literally a trim. I came here a week ago & had my hair shampooed & cut for $35. I was told on both my previous visits that cuts start at about $25. For some reason they charged my mother $60 for a TRIM. I am outraged with how dishonest the employees were today with my mother double charging her for a basic cut. I am in disbelief with how poor the service was she received today and will be returning the products I bought on my last visit. This isn’t a high end salon and prices should not double in price from 1 week to the next. Bogus excuse that each stylist charges different prices. Why list the price ranges of cuts if a stylist can choose whatever they want to charge on a whim! This is a dishonest practice and unfair to your clients. They did not provide my mother with a full service. I literally had my hair done last week and was told if I wanted it blow dried and styled it would cost $50. How the hell are they charging my mother, I repeat, $60 for a trim?! Horrible, dishonest service, I do not recommend anyone goes here unless you want to get ripped off. Your money will be better spent at a high-end salon."
