"NOT A GOOD NAIL PLACE, AND SHE CHARGED ME $60"

"I scheduled an appointment online for 1:20 and arrived around 5 minutes early. The receptionist brought me back to a chair at 1:25 and I sat there for 20 minutes while other nail techs went to customers who arrived after me/didn’t have an appointments. At 1:50 I finally went up to the receptionist to ask how much longer and she simply tried to reschedule me. The manager then came up and asked if I had an appointment; when I replied that I did the receptionist finally checked their system and said “oh”. The manager then checked around and told me a nail tech would be with me in 5 mins and moved me to a new massage chair with hot water. I have come here numerous times before and have never had this issue but sadly I will not be returning to a business where they do not honor appointment times and you have to basically complain to get a service. There are other nail salons in the area that actually follow appointment times and are a little bit cheaper for the same quality."

"Don't be fooled by the allure of the pretty decor of this nail salon. I tried this place out because it's closer to my house, but I was extremely unhappy with the customer service and the way my nails came out. I booked an appointment online for 11AM with Leanne and when I went in for my appointment she didn't start working on my nails until 11:35AM (no exaggeration). At 11:10AM I went over to check with her that my appointment was scheduled and she was still working on another lady's nails. She didn't finish until 11:30 and that's when she started to buff my nails at 11:35. I understand waiting a few minutes, but having booked an appointment and not being seen until 11:35 is not okay with me. I politely expressed my frustration to Leanne, but she seemed to not really care and made excuses saying the customer before me had a special request. That doesn't matter to me as the customer who booked her appointment in advance. Also, this salon is more expensive than other places, and they do not include cuticle service with the manicure. Lastly, my dip nails started chipping after 1 week. That's pretty pathetic since my nails used to last 3 weeks when I went to my previous nail salon. Needless to say I'm not going back and I will be returning to my previous nail lady. If you want amazing nails for a better price and WAY better customer service, go to Fabulous Nails in Upland on Foothill. They are always so nice with great customer service and the prices are better. Cheers ladies!"
