"The NP was nice, but I felt like she had no idea what she was doing. I went in for a sore throat and some coughing that had been persisting for 4 days. I explained to her what was going on and all she would say over and over is "it's probably bronchitis". I went there hoping to get antibiotics or a steroid to help ease whatever this is before it gets any worse. All she gave me was a poor excuse of a cough suppressant. Last time I has bronchitis, I had to be on a abuterol inhaler. Now fast forward to day 7, my symptoms have gotten way worse. I highly recommend not going here. You're better of going to an urgent care or emergency room and dealing with the wait time."
"Sweet intake LPN. Inattentive NP with an orientee who didn’t swab my throat appropriately. Two days later, I’m still febrile with a worsening sore throat. Even with sinus pain, tachycardia, and rapid onset, the discussion of antibiotics was met with “try some decongestants.” As an RN, I should have known better than to go to a minute clinic with overworked staff, which I expected to be met with rudeness, but not blatant incompetence."
"There are a few nice nurses here that get the job done but I am writing this review on behalf of the nurse practitioner which I believer her name is Kim. After waiting 25 minutes past my appointment time (though they took someone who got there after me before myself and hardly anyone else in the lobby), she explained to me that I would have to make another appointment another day if I was in "such a hurry" and was extremely rude the entire time. I understand having bad days at work, we all have them. But she presented such levels of unprofessionalism such as staring rudely at me, rude demeanor and tone, and shrugging her shoulders at me instead of offering solutions. She would not even explain to me my test results for what I was there for in the first place which would have taken hardly any time. So the entire visit was essentially a waste of time, but according to the nurse practitioner it was my fault."
"Went to this clinic due to a health issue. Walked in great , but when I saw the nurse practitioner she pretty much looked at me crazy for going in there. She was not able to provide any further information she told me everything I already knew I was hoping to get some medication for my excessive thirst issue or something to help. Not even that she told me to go see my pcp asap. I went for professional help and came out with the same questions. It was a total waste of time and money not going to a cvs clinic ever again."
"Horrible. They say I made an appt for a vaccine. I did not. Maybe a glitch in the system. However once there I stated that I was there because I’m not feeling well. Needed a covid test. I was turned away as they said they had back to back appts and I needed to reschedule. There was NO ONE waiting in the waiting room. They refused to see me. Being in Healthcare myself, I was appalled at the lack of standard of care and total disregard for a patients well being. I will not be going back."
