"Let me start off by saying that I wanted to like them so bad!! I love the vibe of shop, the people were very nice, and the prices IMO were very reasonable. I will still go back to get a pedicure, but anything manicure related I would go elsewhere. I am a nurse, so I am constantly washing my hands and using hand sanitizer. This is an issue because after getting the structured manicure, I noticed that I had cracks in 5/10 of my nails. The cracks were so deep that it damaged my natural nail. I was told after the fact that the hand sanitizer was the reason for the cracks. It is not practical for me to not use hand sanitizer in my day-to-day practice. I went to a different nail salon to fix the issue, which they did. Needless to say it’s been 1 month, lots of hand washing and sanitizing usage, and no cracks on my nails."

"The price to me don't matter I had a wonderful experience with my tech Elyse She was super nice and friendly. she did my nails beautiful thank you. I've been to other nail salons and I've always had a bad experience they wouldn't fix any messed up nails and would pay cheaper and always got hurt or crooked. Elyse fixed and made sure I was satisfied with my nails. When I got a burn feeling from the chemical right away she helped me thank you again I'm definitely going back and recommending"
