"We just had a wonderful experience getting my daughter's ears pierced for the first time with Alyssa. Her shop is bright, clean, and inviting. She has a great selection of titanium starter earrings. Best of all she is a professional from start to finish. She uses a hollow needle for piercings rather than the typical piercing gun that is used at Claire's. It is less traumatic to the ear. She started by sanitizing my daughter's ears, placed a dot where the piercings would go and then measured both sides twice to make sure they were even. She gave my daughter a squishy ball to squeeze while she did the piercing. My daughter didn't even flinch when she did the piercing. Afterwards she put numbing gel on them so that it would not hurt and sent us home with aftercare instructions, sterile saline spray and let us know to return for a downsizing follow up to cut down the posts after the piercings healed. She was very thorough about explaining everything and answering any questions. I honestly could not be happier with the experience. My daughter and I are both thrilled with her new pierced ears and earrings. Highly recommend! Update 2/15/2024: Just returned from my daughter's downsizing appointment after she had her ears pierced with Alyssa about 4 weeks ago. Her piercings healed up very nicely. As expected, everything went great! Alyssa sanitized my daughter's ears, removed the posts, cut them down, cleaned them, and put them on again so that they fit her perfectly now. She also gave us the tool to help us put the flat back earrings on again whenever we want to take the earrings off. She is always pleasant, professional, and happy to answer any questions. It has been a great first-time experience for my daughter to get her ears pierced. I highly recommend her and am thinking about coming back to check out her other services for myself!"
