"I hired L.A. REALTY MILAN Tennessee and agent David H. To sell my house about three months ago. The first week of the listing I got 3 written offers on my house. The first was rejected the second was accepted but few apart one day before closing. The third offer was withdrawn after a few days. Buyer number two tied the house up for a month and couldn't get the loan. I was told for a month by David H. The woman was a qualified buyer so I sold most of my furniture and belongings on to find out she couldn't buy a ham sandwich at Subway. I warned David H. Twice that he needed to do a better job of screening people that viewed my home. David H called me every week with cash buyers, people with 50% down and people that were getting a home equity loan to purchase my house. All of that was B.S. by agent David H. After three months I Fired Agent David H. And canceled my listing. I would never hire David H. Or use L.A. REALTY for future real estate dealings. Gary Clough Dyer tn"

"I’ve been renting from this “Corporation” for two years on time every month and I’ve never felt so looked down upon. Every month when we pay the rent we keep our money order receipts just to be safe and thank god we did. They tried to accuse us of not paying our rent and demanded we pay them again. When we showed up with the receipts they gave a half apology then swept it under the rug. That was a little under a year ago. Due to the pandemic that is COVID-19 we were 5 days late paying our rent. First time in 2 years. They decided to leave a note on my door telling me to learn how to save my money or we are going to file an eviction notice. Two years I’ve paid on time been accused of not paying at all and now because my fiancé is on a COVID-19 leave and I was 5 days late they want to insult me and threaten to take my home away. I wouldn’t suggest renting from these people considering they do not care about what is happening with the world they will put you out on the streets for being less than a week late during a pandemic. If you do rent from them keep your money order receipts or they might try to make you pay double."
"This company manged a house that I have in a low income area. They did not do their due diligence as property mangers. Firstly, I don't think that they screened the renter well. She moved in my house paying the deposit and first month's rent, but never paid again. How they operate is that the owner is paid a month after so they can exclude all the expenses of the property. I was never notified that the tenant didn't pay. I found out when month 3 rolled around and I never received rent for month 2. I call Jessica (no fault of hers that I was not informed, she works at the front desk and is arguably the most responsible person in the building) to see where my money was and she then informed me that they didn't pay last month. I call Misty ( she was assigned to manage my house) to see why I wasn't informed. She gave me a round about answer about how the lady was trying. She told me she would pay week by week to get it caught up. I said okay. I understand that some times people just need a chance, and I desire to help those who are doing all they can. However, a week passes, I now realize that Misty my need to be monitored. I ask if she submitted a payment. Misty says let me check I'll get back to you. She never got back to me. We went back and forth for about another month of me asking and never getting an answer. Then it donged on me. Call Jessica. Jessica informed me that she only paid $280 to date which was not even near was was owed. I then tell Misty to evict. She did that well. Here was the breaking point. After the eviction, I tell Misty have the house cleaned, and let's try to get someone in there. The past tenant moved in in April, the eviction was August. I give her about 2 weeks and then asked is the house cleaned and marketed. She said she was out of town she will check. Well I know that if "she will check that means, I won't hear back.' Two days later I ask for an update, she says that she is showing the house. Okay good my assumption is that if she is showing the house, it has been cleaned. I follow up again in 5 days, she tells me, no takers, the grass is high. At this point, I'm questioning her integrity, I say send me pictures of the inside. She says okay. No pictures were sent. So I realized I'm getting no where with Misty. I call a realtor to put my house on the market because I'm fed up. Another month has went by. He went by to send me pictures. THE HOUSE WAS NOT CLEANED AND MY REFRIGERATOR AND 2 WINDOW UNITS WERE STOLEN. Oh, I called Missy and went off. I'm mad again writing the review. I get it, when renting, people steal, it's a thing. Do not get into the business if you can't deal with being stolen from. What I was mad about, is the fact that she lied about the house being cleaned, and did not even mention that my stuff was gone. To sum up everything. I got Josh involved, he then assigned me to Misty, a little better but not much. They were sending me $300 light bills, I still don't understand. Ending up paying close to $2000 from them "preparing my house". The funny invoice I received, was $112 for "faucet cap" Jessica said, there was a leak so we had our guy go put a cap on the faucet. $160 for trash haul and lawn mowed, and they didn't haul everything. I dismissed their services. My husband and I are now long distance landlords (2.5 hours away). All is well. We came, hauled off the rest of the trash they left. It was cleaner than the pictures I received, but not that clean. We paid $120 for a partial clean. We transferred the light in our name. We paid a total on $50 in light bills while getting the house together (2 weeks). Once we marketed the house, we had a lot of interest. After screening, we rented the house and have been doing well. Our new tenant told me that she is happy we responded to her because she had been calling the number on the sign about renting this house for about a month ( Missy's number) and no one would get back to her. So yes, 1 star for PITIFUL. They need to get it together."
