"Seemed to be more concerned about what pronouns are being used rather than actually coming up with a treatment plan with the parent, or even getting to the root of the problem. Waited too long for an appointment that was canceled because the provider left. Shameful"

"Was not told until day of my appointment even after seeing a case manager that they do not believe in treating ADD in adults. (The whole reason even for my appointment and referral from my primary doctor) I would not recommend this place especially since they don’t provide well rounded care. I’m sure they charged my insurance for a visit that wasn’t even completed. Thought the whole point of working with the case manger was for them to help me get the care I needed but didn’t inform me this was a waste of my time all to get me to sing paper work and a contract to only work with them."

"If you are seeking help do not expect any help here. Keep looking. No one seems to work at this office and they have not been able to hire therapists for the vacancies. We have been waiting seven months and had one appointment four months ago. It was canceled because the therapist quit. But they will submit claims to your insurance for no services rendered. With that type of insurance fraud why would they need to hire therapists to actually give therapy?!"

"This place is amazing. Everyone is so nice and treated me with dignity and respect. I always feel safe here. I was in Desperate need of help and I can tell you I got it here. They do there best and I can say because of this I ended up getting the help I need to move forward with treatment. I was looking for a therapist and one wasn’t available until August initially. They gave me other options until then and ended up assigning me a case worker who is one of the nicest people ever. Although I wanted to get evaluated, I agreed to seeing a case worker for the time being because it was better than nothing. My case worker ended up giving me a call way sooner than I expected and we got the ball rolling. After my first visit I made it clear that I would like to start meds and my case worker made that happen for me sooner than I expected by pushing my appointment with a therapist to sooner date. They ended up calling me to reschedule my appointment with a therapist about two weeks later and I got a two hour evaluation. The therapist was excellent. He took his time and I got my diagnosis so I can start meds. He gave me all the tools and information I needed after our session to continue with talk therapy as well as medication. This all happened in less than a month. I ended up finding a psychiatrist to get medication management and therapy that’s accepts my insurance thanks to all of there help and resources. I would recommend this place to anyone. Situations don’t always go as planned but if your patient and have faith everything will fall in place they way you need it to."

"They told us that we had a appointment there and we told transportation to get there and once we arrived they told us that our child's appointment got canceled because the therapist that was assigned for my child doesn't work there anymoe. they never even called us when they canceled the appointment, this is such a huge disappointment to our driver and us such a huge waste of time. Wish we can put no stars 0 stars."
