"Went in for acrylics today and the lady ended up doing dip powder. She seemed rushed and did a terrible job. They have no shape to them, the edges are super sharp and it looks like I need a fill already. This was my first time going here and definitely my last!"

"Went in to get a full set and didn’t like how the final result turned out..it felt like I was being rushed even though I scheduled the appointment with them A DAY before. I feel like if they couldn’t take the time to do the nails properly, then they should not over book themselves and rush their new clients. The lady who did my nails was Diane…she sorta did an okay job I would rate it a 3/10 honestly the whole time with her she seemed very impatient with how I wanted my nails done and it just seemed like she really wanted to get me out of the chair really fast. I’m really sad cause it was first time going into that salon and I think it’ll be the last. The customer service is nice and all but the effort in nail quality isn’t so great. I would say don’t agree if they offer gel x nails that’s just how they get you to be done quickly."

"Crooked nails one on each hand, I want acrylic but the lady said she couldn't do design on acrylic. She did gel x which I've never had. Didn't know I can't get a fill now which is disappointing. Definitely won't be going back. I asked twice to fix pinky finger and she ignored me completely. Got then done on 9/18 and the underneath looks like their dirty and not well kept."

"I went in for a pedicure, because I assumed they didn’t do fills( finger nails) over other peoples work. The lady doing my toes told me they in fact will do a fill over someone else’s work. Another lady came and started doing my nails as I was getting my pedicure. My toes literally looked like I walked from Florida to cali barefoot, before the pedicure lol. This is a salon I definitely enjoyed because I usually have a hard time speaking up when someone is doing my nails and I want them to correct something but the woman doing my pedicure kept asking for my opinion and reassuring me that if I want her to correct something she will. She was extremely patient and kind. The woman that did my nails was goofy and kind as well. They both did a very good job. The shop is very nice. My phone was dead and they even loaned me a charger to charge my phone while they serviced me. Customer service was outstanding here. I wish this salon was in my hometown, but for the service alone I don’t mind making the trip here. Definitely give them a try. No pressuring to add anything extra or things like other salons do. Great job!"
