"I went for a fill, and I tried to explain to the owner Nina the way I wanted my tip and she was very rude replying back to me don’t have a pic and I told her it’s the same way as you did it 2 weeks ago when I got a new set for $60 and she acted like she didn’t remember me I been going there for 4 years now. The owner said she was going to charge me five more dollars because I wanted my tip a certain way, which I told her that was fine so total of $55 for a full, she showed me the tip and I told her that I wanted it a little bit more thicker as she rolled her eyes and did it with an attitude. Nails were not smooth tips were not the same size. Very disappointed. I’ve been coming here and dealing with her rudeness for many years but I got fed up with it . She does not have no great customer service only was she really wants to. So I will take my business elsewhere. Good luck."
