"I am very disappointed in this place. I find it very disrespectful that they don’t contact the customer when a waxer has been let go. I make a bond with my waxer. I felt comfortable and understood. I get to the facility just to find out someone else will be waxing me. I find that to be very rude. Customers should be at least called as a courtesy and informed that they will be waxed by an other person. I should have the option to pick someone else to be waxed by or to cancel if I don’t feel comfortable. I’ve been waxed by an other person at this facility, aside from my waxer. I would have been okay to schedule an appointment with this person because I liked the way she had waxed me the last time. But I got a person I had never been waxed with and I personally did not prefer it. The front desk did not even bother to let me know about the changes. I gave the person an opportunity because unfortunately my membership was charged already. Also, you need to make the cancellation process a lot better. It is ridiculous to have to take time out of my busy day to drive down just to cancel a membership. Customers are not priority, obviously."
