"Have come to this location multiple times and have always had good experiences until today and simply want to post this as a warning about the on- line check in. I checked in at 8:37 on line and received a text that they were ready for me to come in at 9:08. I arrived by 9:30 and have been sitting here for more than 2 hours and am still being told there is 1 person ahead of me and 3 in the back being seen. I inquired as to why she text to say they were ready for me and her explanation was that she didn’t want anyone else to get ahead of me in line?? I thought by checking in that I had essentially put myself in line to wait at home versus wasting 2 hours or more sitting in there lobby. It is sold as avoiding the wait times in the lobby So it seems there is no benefit to the on line check in other than keeping them from having to do paperwork. Please be mindful of this when trying to get in."
