"**UPDATE** - Dina is no longer here and not a single employee left knows how to thread eyebrows well. I have given all of the other girls a chance, some of them two chances and they're all terrible. They thread sooo slow and it hurts soo bad and they leave hair behind, they don't shape them well and they're rough and careless. I no longer give them my business. I was going once a week ever since they opened with Dina. Such a shame. Idk why the owner kept hiring new people when they're all bad and everyone knows Dina was amazing. Bad business but oh well. *Original review* - I have been coming here since they first opened. Dina is amazing! She takes her time and gives you a great shape and it doesn't hurt when she does them. My brows are micropigmented so I just get them cleaned up when I get them threaded. They have a new girl there and she isn't as good with the brows. She rushes and it's pretty painful when she does them (not sure her name). Normally Dina is always there but hasn't been the last few times I've gone and the new girl is the only one there so I don't have a choice by having her do them unfortunately."

"I come here all the time to get my eyebrows done. I kept going to Dina because she was amazing at doing eyebrow. If she went on vacation and someone else did them my eyebrows would not come out good. Unfortunately, Dina is no longer there and I've tried multiple people at this location and each person seems like they do not know what they are doing and I'm completely unsatisfied each time. They leave behind so much hair. They go so slow while threading and barley put effort and I believe that's why they are not getting every hair. My eyebrows are different shapes and I've been going more often because they are not getting every hair. Unfortunately, I will not go anymore because I've tried a few new people and each seem to be the same barley any effort, so slow which makes it painful and than so much hair left. I wish Dina was there because she was absolutely amazing at what she did but the amount of money you spend to not get a good job done isn't worth it."

"Used to love this place but everytime I get the older lady she’s always too rough I told her wax and she ended up doing too much thread and I left with my face so irritated and she even cut me with the thread. Everyone else there is way more gentle"

"This was my first time here and I was given such great service from being helped at the front desk and helping me decide on what I would like and taking the time to talk to me for everything I had questions on to then getting my eyebrows threaded which was the best threading I’ve ever experienced Dina was so gentle and it was painless that I even did my upper lip! My eyebrows never looked so good!!! I also asked for 3D lashes and Dina did them as well she did them EXACTLY how I wanted and I left feeling even more beautiful. She really took care of everything and I will be returning for my lash fill and eyebrow threading and make this my regular place to go! Thank you so much!"

"Dina always does me the best! She is such a sweet and talented lady! I took my sister to do her eyebrows with her and we both felt no pain. Dina is very gentle and shapes the eyebrows to perfection. It was my first time not ever tearing up when I got my eyebrows done. My sister was so happy with her eyebrows— she said she never looked this good. It made me happy that she gained confidence in herself, all because of Dina’s amazing work! She also does amazing wax service. You will not regret going to Dina for anything!"
