"We came to this dental office as first time patients today as an emergency visit . I asked if this office took children and they said yes. They did X-rays and was told to come back at 3:30 for a tooth extraction . When we came back I told the Dr my daughter was nervous and I told him this was her fist time ever getting a tooth extracted . He said it was normal to feel that way and then I helped him calm her to numb her . He saw that she was freaking out from the beginning but proceeded . She was okay after the numbing starting kicking in and i calmed her . He then came back about 5 mins later laid her back with out warning and opened her mouth ) along side was his dental assistant )he pulled out his tool didn’t asked her if she was fully numb and before I could get the words out of my mouth and ask her started to pull . Of course she freaked and screamed . He then with frustration told her is almost out and she was saying it hurt . He stopped and told me “ we are going to have to refer her to pediatrics she screaming “ and so I said “she’s telling you it hurts is she even numb ? I asked if you took children and they said yes “ his response was “ I don’t take crying children I can’t do this “ and walked out . No gauze was given toher she was just walked out drooling everywhere and it wasn’t until I was complaining at the front desk that the dental assistant offers gauze . I’m so upset and I can’t believe how unprofessional and what a jerk he was . He left her traumatized. DONT BRING CHILDREN HERE! Dr Park has no patience at all. It’s sad because the receptionist Ashley was awesome and sweet and the facility itself was very nice and clean but this does not reflect the customer care that is given here . Your better off else where . If you didn’t take crying children when didn’t he refer out to pediatrics the moment he saw she was nervous ? I warned him and even then she did great .He obviously wanted to get paid … all profit no patient care at all ."

"Had a crown done in November 22. It fell out,went to see him today and he said I broke the tooth and that was why the crown fell out. I told him that was his fault and he said it was mine. So apparently you have to have a PPO to be taken care of. I would recommend him for anything. Money hungry."

"The worst dentist I have ever been to. I go to get work done on dentures and they say it is not covered by my insurance. They give me the code. I call my insurance and they say that it is 100% covered. So I called and told them, but they refused to call my insurance and tell me that they will do the work, but if Insurance doesn’t pay then I am liable. I make an appointment. Then they are closed on that money of the tropical storm and nothing saying they are closed. I left messages to call me to reschedule. Been a week and no call back. I talked to another client that was in the parking lot and they said that they have had problems with them billing their insurance company. DON’T GO THERE."

"I will start off by saying I am extremely afraid of dental work and such from previous dentist. I had to have my wisdom tooth pulled and was terrified of how bad it was going to be all around and being awake doing it. The Dr completely changed my experience all in this one visit tooth is out no problem it was done quick and professional no pain at all. I highly recommend he doesn't baby you for a heads up he is there to do his job and that is what any dentist should do."

"The office is always Pleasant and Efficient. The are always ready to meet your needs as to time and days you can make your appt. Dr. Parks is great does the work that needs to be done, not like others in this area always trying to do more than what needed. He is very kind and gentle I’m a little nervous with dentist. His office techs are very good also glad to have them in our area."
