"Staff is very friendly and helpful. I went in for a consultation and was informed I could get my procedure done same day. Probably just luck due to a cancellation. The Oral Surgeon was very professional and took great concern for my comfort. It was recommended to have an additional process but was left up to me to decide with no pressure from the staff, just an explanation of why it was recommended as an added precaution to prevent infection. I would have no problem recommending IEDSG to my friends"

"1. Neighborhood: 5 Stars; easy to navigate, little traffic, free parking behind the building as reviewed by others; building and grounds impeccably kept. 2. Office: 5 Stars: Warm and inviting upon entrance, wonderfully decorated for the Holiday Season, seats clean, comfortable and available. 3. Staff: 5 Stars: Pleasant and not overbearing. Happy that I arrived 30 minutes early to fill out intake paperwork. They did not rush me, and were a nice extension of the professional services I sought. 4. Doctor: 5 Stars: T Chien was professional upon initial contact and throughout my exam. A detailed treatment plan was explained and all my questions were answered completely. Each option was thoughtfully carried through to its end, helping me to make an informed decision. Not being an expert in dentitia, this was greatly appreciated. 5. Conclusion: 5 Stars overall. This office is all about keeping my mouth healthy, thereby improving my longevity. In my case, the options available might not have been exactly what I wanted, but in the long run, following the Doctor's advice (and I did) will help me greatly. During the drive home, I considered myself lucky to be seen by these people who are experts in their field."
