"I am not happy with my experience with Lien Ly and the office. During my “exam” she didn’t even discuss my X-rays or condition of my teeth. I inquired about dental bonding to fix a poorly constructed tooth, and she immediately said “oh yeah that one is too big.” As if I didn’t already feel insecure enough, her comment made me feel worse. On top of that, when I mentioned how much I paid for it, she said “you get what you pay for.” Perhaps I chose a more affordable option at the time because I was I involved in a horrific accident and chose to get it fixed sooner rather than later. Unfortunately, it wasn’t a great outcome, and I had more important priorities than getting my tooth fixed. Her bed side manner was not pleasant. Additionally, the hygienist who cleaned my teeth did not tell me anything about my teeth or give me any tips or recommendations. Though I floss and brush multiple times a day, I seek expert opinion - that is why I wanted to come to a dentist for care. Unfortunately, I left this office unsure of the health of my teeth and feeling more insecure about my smile."
