"I just left like 3 hours ago and it was completely empty when I came in. I came in with my boyfriend to get a manicure and he got a pedicure. They tried to charge me $43 after the service I asked for stated it was $30 on the bored and I had to correct them. Not only that they didn’t follow directions when I told them what I wanted and I had to keep asking the girl Multiple times to fix what I wanted in my end results came out like this. My pointer finger is very crooked and some of my nails are not shaped correctly. And when she was done she tried to put regular polish top coat on instead of gel! And when I caught her she tried to say it was gel! This is why I can see no one was in the shop and the girl told me it’s like that normally. It just seemed rushed the whole time and we were the only ones in there. I used to come here but I left because of a mistake they did last time and they did the same mistake and now I’m never coming back!"
