"BEWARE! This office has terrible customer service and follow up. I have been a patient since February, 2023 and have had to follow up with them every time I have a new test or appointment. They take weeks to get back to you and do not provide status of your account. Both my husband and I had at home sleep studies, the machines were old and did not work. We had to contact them over and over to get a new test done. Once you do get a diagnosis, it takes another 4 weeks to get confirmation if your insurance will cover anything, and then they don't tell you what the outcome is. Once they do order any equipment for you, it takes another 6 weeks to 6 months to get the equipment that the doctor tells you you need ASAP. The whole experience was frustrating and then they just tell you to go another doctor if you are not happy. I would not recommend this office, there are other offices in the area that most likely provide better service and care."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Find another place to have your sleep study done if at all possible. They had to reschedule us last minute, then the technician was late when we came for the next appointment - there is no after-hours number, no one calls you if they arent there - we were about to leave (again) when the tech pulled up. The rooms are original - looks like a 1999 Motel 6. Walls are all beat up, bathroom is worse than a hospital. Everything is dirty. Recliner in the room was broken. The sleep monitoring equipment looks to be an original invention. Our technician was nice, but I would not say she really had any experience with a "pediatric patient" (our 4 year old) and didn't fully appreciate why he was having trouble having tons of wire and stuff put all over his face so quickly. She never came in once all night to check on us, even though I kept waking up and fixing my sons sensors. Even the original appointment with the "sleep doctor" was AWFUL. She could not have care less about us being there (she stood 5 ft away from my son and shined a flashlight in his mouth to look at his tonsils...), and they literally don't even have a pediatric intake form, they ask you questions about "how is your sleep" and then say, just don't answer if it doesn't apply to your child (none it applied to my child... it was questions like do you have difficulty concentrating at work or driving...). Anyway, this place has a million horrible reviews, and looks like 1 or maybe 2 places in Nashville to have a sleep study done, but if you can avoid it, I would try."

"I am not sure what can of sleep clinic this facility is operating. My child has been cancelled twice for a sleep study and it took forever to even schedule one. He showed up one night for a sleep study with no one available and no one has called us to cancel. They kept saying the technician has called out again and there is not a replacement. I could understand the first time, but It has been TWICE already. Very unprofessional for a place that is so call "sleep medicine." It is ashamed they are even located in Brentwood."

"I've never met with a provider who was so egregiously irresponsible and unprofessional in their assessment of my health. I got diagnosed with sleep apnea immediately after being asked questions about what I do for a living - simply by opening my mouth, and having it looked at with a flashlight. No tests, no studies (recommended, but not yet run) - just a flashlight and one incredibly uninspired/burned out "sleep specialist". I spent 30 minutes filling out paperwork, and the provider clearly did not review any of it for even a moment ahead of meeting with me. When I was asked questions (which had already been addressed in detail on the numerous forms), I was cut off prematurely nearly every time. I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere for your sleep study needs. I already have and couldn't be happier with my decision."
