Bone and Joint Rehabilitation Services at Brentwood

"Very disappointed. My special needs daughter is a patient of Dr. Geoffrey Watson at Bone & Joint and we were very satisfied with his care. However, when PT was recommended, they first scheduled the appointment and verified her insurance. Then they called back to inform us that she would first have to meet her deductible which we knew but quoted us $400 - $600 for the initial visit and up to $300 for subsequent visits! This seemed to be much higher than reasonable and customary. I then called my daughter’s insurance and was told that unfortunately providers may charge what they want. I called Bone & Joint PT services back and asked for the Self-Pay fee and it was $95 per visit. I tried to secure her original appointment at the $95 rate but was told that appointment was already taken. I questioned the $600 insurance fee vs. the $95 self-pay and stated it seemed like insurance fraud. I was told “you’ll have to take that up with someone else” and she hung up. Bad Business Practices and Rudeness led us to choose another PT provider."
