"In for a deep cleaning @ 8am. Dr was a little bit late, although it didn’t bother me, he was very apologetic. Started the procedure along with his assistant; very thorough and painless. Assistant finished up the polishing and then set me up with a new appointment. “Zak Dental” is new to me as I changed dental plans and after two visits (1st as initial for x-rays and consultation w/Dr and then todays); felt real good with the way they conduct their business and treatment plans to suit your situation. Very accommodating and thorough."

"Originally scheduled for a wisdom extraction in Whittier location yesterday 11/28. Received a called at 9am stating their Oral Surgeon had to cancel all appointments for this location. Over the phone, Ms. Monica was very patient and understanding of my disappointment this may have cause me around my work schedule but gave several other locations and date options but this was the only location with an open O.S. availability but it's 1.5hr away from LA, unfortunately. However I'm glad I did, they got me in at 2pm and out by 3:30. Oh, Ms. Cat the dentist tech was caring, gentle and simply an dentistry Angel. So, hopefully I wont have to drive this far again but I'm glad to know I have options within the Zak Dental Network.. Didn't want to lose all my 40yrs of wisdom so i kept the tooth ;-)"
