"I hate giving negative reviews. The ladies that worked here were pleasant. The nail tech that did my nails was very kind. However, I struggle with accepting the work she did. It’s terrible. My nails are uneven, they look bulky, they’re just not done well. The lady doing my nails messed up a couple times and I am not trying to shame her because she was such a nice lady but for $40, I expected a better job."

"I barely give negative review but I just couldn’t pass this one. I came in this salon just after they open on a Saturday morning. The lady who did my nails is extremely rude. I didn’t catch her name but I got triggered when she couldn’t understand what shape I wanted for my nails, instead, handed me the nail file and was told to do it myself and show it to her in a rude tone. Also, I don’t know if it’s a norm for her but she told me to stand up in the middle of the service and wash my hands in the sink while I’m seeing one nail tech tech on my side providing basin with water to the customer. Overall, I wasn’t happy with my experience here."
