"Wow this place went downhill fast. Waited for my appointment for 45 min before they said they were having trouble with the fee schedule with my insurance & tell me they'll have to reschedule. I called my insurance and they said they didn't know what the problem was. Then I called back and they tell me I actually need a DEEP CLEANING not the regular cleaning. That's not what they told me when I booked the original appointment! Then I say hey I'm going to switch dentists I don't trust you guys give me my dental records please. They say that will cost me $20 because of office policy. Ridiculous. I'll pay your stupid fee because I guess I have no choice. But at least I can choose to share my experience with others so they don't run into the same thing."

"This place has been great in getting me all situated. The doctor and hygienist were very kind and gentle when doing my dental work. It was very helpful for me to have them tell me what they were doing to mentally prepare. I only gave 4 stars because I had set a 2pm appointment with Sandra (she’s great, love her) in reception, but the next day the other receptionist told me it was at 3:45. I knew it was at 2pm, but I could sit and wait and really needed the X-rays so I didn’t make a big deal about it."
