"PLEASE READ FOR YOUR SAFETY! DO NOT GO HERE! I went for a pretty standard ultrasound that turned into a nightmare in May. The technician caused tearing (not one, not two, but THREE), which my OBGYN then "treated" me for. I had no related issues before this imaging appointment. Here we are 9 MONTHS later, and I still have to be seen by my OBGYN often about this issue, along with going to see a specialist. No one has any actual answers. How did this happen?? ESPECIALLY BECAUSE I TOLD THE TECHNICIAN IT WAS PAINFUL. She did not stop, nor did she relay the message about the pain to my OBGYN, even though I SPECIFICALLY ASKED if she would tell my OBGYN. Now, I continuously attend doctor's appointments and cannot help but start sobbing because this one imaging appointment has severely impacted me, and nothing has remotely gotten better. I am a 23-year-old (22 at the time) who has become impacted emotionally and physically, and a very personal aspect of my life has been greatly affected. Please spare yourself from going through anything like this. It was reckless, to say the least, and I have spoken to patient relations, but as far as I know, nothing was actually done. Instead, I was told that such issues were self-inflicted."
"The front desk staff member was quite rude. This was my first time at the 100 Oaks location and I will not be returning. Appt was at 2:45pm. I arrived at 2:50pm there was a short line at the front entrance to be screened and received visitor sticker before I could go upstairs. I was upstairs at the suite by 2:55p. There was no one at the front desk. I waited a couple minutes before I rang the bell. 1 person (I believe US tech) walked by with her water without offering assistance. A second person finally walked by and said she would go find someone. When the front desk person arrived, she was just rude and condescending. She told me that there was a 15-minute grace period, that she was sitting at the desk the entire time even though she clearly was not, and that I did not arrive within that grace period even though I did. She went as far as to ask me, “Are you sure you were in this building? The one that says Vanderbilt.” as if I am a child or stupid. She flat out told me I would not be seen because they have to “leave on time on Fridays” and did not even offer to reschedule me for another appointment."
"Appt was at 1115 check in 1126 and lady comes back to say they are going to lunch. I think it’s very rude when I made the cut off late time. Not everyone has to go to lunch at the same time. I drive a 1:45 to even get to the locations. Just ridiculous. I’m so glad I don’t have anymore appts with women’s clinic imaging and front desk is rude as hell. They all need to go learn customer service because talking to customers any kinda way is a no I’m the health field"
"The receptionist, Alexa, was not friendly at all. The lady doing the ultrasound was very short, but in the end was more friendly."
"We had to wait close to an hour. Don't make an appointment if you have something else going afterwards because you will be late"
