"Dr. Sobey gave me inaccurate information and was rude. I sent a message that I was going to contact Patient Relations. He seemed to panic and called me. He then was patronizing on the phone and couldn't bring himself to restore any trust there either. He actually hung up the line. Maybe worry more about the actual patients?"
"Very inefficient communication with the front office. Wife received voice message to call back, but when she did, nobody there had a record of why she was called. Left a refill request in the portal twice and no response after 8 days. They also don't respond to messages in the portal."
"Was hoping I could give zero stars. This place is a scam, they will schedule you an appointment ask for Imaging scans and then when your appointment comes close the reschedule to the point where your images expire and ask to bring in new images that are less than 6 months old. So in all I had 4 appointments that were rescheduled over a year time. Did not meet or talk to any Neurosurgeon during that time. This place is a scam they ask you to get images and will reschedule you enough times so your running in circles. Stay away from this Place, wasted a whole year of time, so they can pad their pockets from insurance."
"Vanderbilt does not have spine surgeons at their “spine center” nor do they have any orthopedic surgeons. Their spine center is nothing more than pain management and are unable to read MRI’s, CT scans or X-rays. The only know how to read radiology reports."
