"Took them 30 minutes to get me registered. Got a simple x-ray of the wrist. Radiologist told me I'd have the results that afternoon. 24 hrs later, still nothing. I call them and now they say it 24-72 hrs BUSINESS says only, for radiology to sign off on it and this is Friday afternoon. Would have been better off going to a walk-in (NON-VANDERBILT) clinic!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Vanderbilt sucks, just like their reputation."

"Be prepared to walk a lot. These offices have 1 central entrance and flank sideways through an old Shopping Mall. There is an Escalator and a Elevator and Wheelchair Transport is available for the Disabled."

"I had an appointment 11/22/23...I was getting text notification to be there at a certain time..And i replied back with yes to confirm the appointment. Then I get a message to bring copay and insurance card and photo ID .So I took off work to make sure I would get there on time.I live 50 minutes form the 100 Oaks Location. When I'm pulling into the parking lot, my phone start ringing. There was no voice message left on my phone about the appointment being cancel. I parked my car and then call the number back.I was told a mistake was made on my appointment day and time.I scheduled about a week prior to my appointment.But to call right at the time i'm scheduled to be there is crazy.It seems like it was done on purpose. Then I checked the Vanderbilt portal, They reschedule me an appointment 6 months later without my knowledge. By the way Patient Relations team never answers their phone and they won't call you back if you leave a message. Why do a business have a phone if they won't answer it."

"I have received the best medical care here out of anywhere. My doctor sits and listens to me, makes recommendations beyond just pushing medication on me, genuinely considers my perspective. Every nurse, tech, etc. I’ve met is kind, joyful, compassionate and helpful. I’m so thankful for the good medical care I’ve received, and the dignity and respect I’ve been treated with as a patient. Unfortunately, it’s a rare thing in modern medicine."

"I come to the clinic whenever I can't make to the Vaderbilt Campus location. I'll have to say that it's very convenient for me to come get my Labs drawn. I would say, if you're a walk in, the best time to get here is after 4pm. I guarantee you'll be almost in and out if you're coming for just Lab work. The nurses and technician's are always nice and welcoming. The still have a mask policy so be prepared for that. Overall, just a great experience!"
