"The ladies in the front office made major mistakes, not properly documenting and billing my insurance. They overcharged me for my services wanted me to wait 4 to 6 weeks to correct their mistake when they take my money instantly. I called today to check on the status they have no record of a mistake and I'm back to square one with these people. Not sure if this front office and staff are incompetent or crooked because of overbilling and mistakes? The runaround and oversight is ridiculous. Not a good first impression. It's a shame because the facility seems nice and the doctor seems good I'm just not impressed with the staff and how much back and forth I have to deal with to make things correct"
