"LANA ( I'm sure not her real name) did my pedicure. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE. With the 50 nail shops in this area I could have chosen ANYONE. WHY WOULD THEY ALLOW SUCH BEHAVIOR. The girl in front so nice and kind, but no way represents the staff."

"I never write reviews but this was necessary. I got a gel manicure and not five minutes of leavingmy gel peeled. I had showed her something was wrong with that nail before I left she said it was fine. Her name is Annie..then I went back for a refund. She said fine but I take off all your polish first. She did and left bits all over my nails. Then she gave me half of my money back and said that's it. Claiming I need to pay for a manicure. I'll attach a picture of what that looks like at this place."

"Please do your research before coming in here. I had the worst experience. The woman was very rough and rushed my nails as people walked in. I was the first one there, she didn’t care to take the time to make them nice AT ALL!!! I was so sad. Charged me 40 for a short length and they came out crooked, warped and with bubbles. I respectfully asked her if it was normal and she said to come back in a few hours so she can fix them. I came back and she was so rough she CUT ME with the sanding machine I felt it hurt and seen what happened she tried covering the bleeding with her fingers. I was sooo upset on the inside. 2 days later they chipped. Never going back."

"Her: "Sorry we busy. No" Me "I can wait. It's okay" Her: "No no." I have never, in my life, been turned away from a nail salon simply because they were busy. Even the busiest nail salons will give you an estimate of about how long it'll be, and the option to stay and wait. This place refused me service. Mind you, I drove an hour and a half to get to the salon, right after work because I'm in a tight time bind. There was no list to sign in, and there was nobody else waiting. All the nail artist were busy, but if I'm telling you I'm willing to wait, why not let me wait so I can get my nails done? Complete disregard for appropriate customer service and satisfaction. I came here once without an appointment and was given service without problem. I was excited to come back today, and to even get gift cards for the holidays for my sister, mother, sister in law, niece, and Friends. Not after today though! I am completely disappointed and offended. Maybe because I was the only Latina in this location at the time? Just stating facts. I guess the sign on the wall saying they reserve the right to refuse service to anyone is taken very literally here."
