"I went today with my daughter to have a nice relaxing time as she was visiting. I asked for a pedicure for her and I wanted a fill. The manager was making up her own prices for the fill so I declined as she wanted to charge $50 and the price sheet said $35. I requested to just take my nails off and she had an old lady name May help me, she is extremely incompetent and has no idea what she was doing. She hurt me several times and was extremely sloppy. The manager said she will fix finish it off. I waited 20 minutes for her to be done with her client. She finally took over and was not any better. I asked her if she was the owner she said no but she’s a manager. I expressed to her how I felt and safe said the other ladies don’t listen to her. It was the most horrific experience of my life at a salon. My daughter was almost in tears seeing me upset. Then she told my daughter that she was going to charge her $1 for the disposable slippers just to upset me on purpose. Then they all stood around and just spoke in Vietnamese and one of thrm was so rude and disrespectful that she just kept eating her food in front of us, they called me Karen and said they have a right to do whatever they feel like. I paid for my daughter’s pedicure and left. They refused to give me the owners phone number. Look at my nails after 2 hours of sitting there. My daughter’s polish got ruined because she didn’t give her slippers. The most disgusting and unhygienic place ever. Rude , disrespectful and absolutely unprofessional, look at the pictures."

"Always a wonderful experience, from the moment you walk in the door. In addition anytime I call I am able to get an appointment with my favorite girl Jasmine. Also just seeing the ladies clean after every guest leave is a plus and not to mention how lovely it is to relax to Peter playing live music. This place is the best I highly recommend you check them out."
