"I had a very welcoming and clean experience at Deka Lash Lake Forest. My regular lash technician became unavailable so I decided to try Deka Lash for a change. I went in for a lash lift (perm); My technician was very kind and friendly. My only complaint is that my lash lift did not turn out as well as I had hoped for. Deka lash reached out to me and offered me a redo to ensure the results I wanted. I am confident to say that the second time around was a success. My lashes are a little longer than most so all that was needed was an extended amount of time of the lifting solution to get the result I wanted. I would definitely recommend going to Deka Lash and I appreciate the staff for giving me the curling effect that I wanted :)"

"Most of the time I like the lashes that I get from House of Lashes. On occasion I get some that fall apart before I get to wear them. I will say that their customer service is terrible. I had reached out to them about an address mix up and all they do is reply with the same email over and over, never getting to me to solve the problem. I have called and left a message and still no response. It's just really annoying and i spend a lot on their products."

"Super amazing place and the manager Christina is REALLY knowledgeable! She was able to answer all my questions, get me booked with a tech who made my lashes look natural, and she'd been doing training with her and her training was so on point that even a week later I still have all the individual clusters! It's really impressing me compared to other locations. The store is clean, everyone working seemed happy to be there, and the customers that were there all seemed to really like their sets. A+ will be returning."
