"Fist of all the front desk will registers you straight on the computer but then writes your social on a sticky note I went in to remove a moler he asked me if it hurt I said well yeah then he sad he couldn't take it out proceeds to do a root canals on my tooth that he just stated was a dead tooth and needed to be removed then he proceed to fill in the gaps in my teeth with little filler stubs so when I left supper numb he rushed it and cut my gums I was bleeding a lot after the numb went down I realized my whole mouth was unbalanced I couldn't close my mouth right and because of the stub I couldn't floss my teeth I don't even think it legal to do those stubs I will be getting a second opinion"

"The dentist said ride away that my child had 5 cavities and that needed braces. And I was very surprised about the five cavities but took my child anyway the next week because it was close and the place looked nice and clean. My child didn’t like it and asked me to go back to her old dentist even if it was far. This year I took my child to our old dentist and the dentist told me that all those fillings weren’t necessary! Beware!!!! Also, the young assistant, I think trying to do small talk asked me why I only have one kid and asked my kid if wanted a sibling and told me again to have at least one more, I thought that was very out of place, people need to stop saying things like this if they don’t know why others don’t have more kids."

"WOW! In all my life I never experienced anything as horrible as I did in this office, I left the office crying for the way I was treated during my wisdom teeth removal, I had gotten one done before and the dentist was rough and a careless but I just wanted the removal to be over and done with. This last time I waited for 30 minutes for someone to check me in the front desk, the place is dirty and it shows they haven't cleaned it in a while, once the procedure started for my wisdom tooth to be removed my nightmare began, the dr. knows I have braces and yet he would lean on my mouth to remove the tooth, the assistant all he did was watch the TV during the entire time, it was pain I have never experience before but after 2 hours it was removed, the second one was the worst, he kept stretching my mouth without care I felt the sharp pain on the outer corners of mouth, I had to stop him because I couldn't bare the pain anymore, the Dr. Should just retire and close down because I could tell he doesn't have the passion for the work he does anymore. WORST and I mean worst experience of my life, when I got home I noticed all the cuts around my mouth cause by the dentist careless actions when he was trying to remove the teeth, he dropped an instrument in my mouth and the assistant placed the sucking instrument in my nose! Man I swear I will not be going back to that office, please don't go here, save yourself from pain this dr. Causes."

"I went to My Sweet Smile Dentistry, and have a lot of anxiety when doing any procedures, including cleanings and fillings. When I meet Dr.Trinh, he was very under of my needs and worked with me every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better, more understanding doctor in this case. I would have given 5 stars, but when I was referred to the in clinic specialist for Root Canals, I was met with another doctor, who could not be less caring about any type of accommodation that I required. If you're doing any general procedures, I would recommend here. If not, beware of their specialist."
