"If i could give this place a 0 stars i would and should be shut down and ky doctor should be facing charges i had my second child at saint thomas midtown with one if their doctors. Needless to say they infected me from inside out after i had a csection after having complications this then led into them neglecting the fact they infected me called it healing fluid and sent me home and finally another er did an MRI and found alot of infection inside my sergery site. Then i got transfered back to midtown had two additional surgery to get the dead tissue and infection out still while they was trying to comvince me it was healing fluid! A wound vac incorrectly being placed and sent me home finally when i got transfered to wound care i had healed wrong due to how the wound vac was placed and it took me a total of 5 months to finally close and now two years later i have nerve pain when i stand up on my right hand side!!!! Never will i forget the trama and then pain this place has caused me and sueing was not an option being that its a hard case since it was doctor malpractice and hard to prove. Would risk loseing my money to battle this doctor i was unable to prevent her from doing this to other lady's despite my efforts and just hope this will be a warning to all to stay clear and not get messed up for life like i did and my last baby at that birth and first 5 months barly able to care for my newborn ! Please dont risk it i dont want another women to go threw what i did and continue to got threw"
"I was pregnant in 2021 (yes I know a long time to post a review, but I’ve been battling myself on if I want to post or not). Anyways, picture it - 2021… I was about 26 or so weeks pregnant and I saw a provider (I won’t mention her name but I do remember it). This provider made me feel terrible about my weight gain. I tried to explain to her that my eating habits hadn’t changed and yes, I did gain a lot of weight but it was difficult to move because I was having a hard time catching my breath. I also explained to this provider that I was retaining so much water , and showed her how bad it was. Instead of —being a caring doctor— she made me feel disgusting. I cried the entire visit. Her response was to ask me if everything was ok at home. I said yes, I just feel bad right now. I had my son with me (who was like 1 at the time) and it was just so stressful. My hypertension was not being controlled by the medication. And she asked a nurse to bring in a Bp cuff. I explained I would probably need a wrist one because I have big arms (Urgh, I know right). The nurse came in and was like Oh yea, we don’t have one to fit her—like so rudely. My issue isn’t with the nurse because her opinion or skill set was irrelevant in that situation. The provider shamed me for being fat and was touching my stomach like being fat is contagious. Fast forward a month or so later. The edema I was experimenting moved to my lungs. Yes, pulmonary edema. Very serious. A provider and a medical resident immediately sent me to the ED and I had my son via emergency c-section. If the provider cared more about the large amounts of water I was retaining, my uncontrolled blood pressure, and the rapid weight gain over the number in the scale- I MAY (and this is a strong maybe because only God knows) have not have to have my son at 30 weeks. (Again I want to reiterate the MAYBE I’m not blaming her for the prematurity of my son). Just keep in mind “T” that we are more than just a number on your schedule. We are people. We have families and lives outside of our OBGYN visit. And our lives matter- being a doctor means treating people with respect and dignity. And making them feel secure in the treatment they are receiving. Not feeling ashamed and depressed. I brought this up after the visit to an employee and the response I got was a little laugh and that that was just how she was. Umm ok. Besides that, wait times were always long. Receptionists were rude, and good luck getting someone to answer the phone- or a call back in most cases."
"Dr Bryant is the absolute best I love her. Its rare that you get doctors that actually care about their patients well beings. She does and thx Dr Bryant for caring about me."
"Dr. Bryant was very kind. She listened to my concerns and managed to squeeze me into her schedule to be seen before a holiday. I would highly recommend her as your physician. She will treat you like family."
"Dr. Williford always takes time to listen to your concerns and is very helpful in getting you the best possible treatment options for any of your concerns. Her care and compassion are always above and beyond what is expected in the healthcare community and it is so very appreciated by us as her patients. She is a rare find as a genuine physician who truly cares for her patients and their wellbeing. I recommend her to anyone!"
