"What a horrible experience, I found Dr. Tran to be a liar and a fraud, he's just after insurance money from unnecessary injections and will screw your pain meds all the way up. Stay away, you've been warned."

"I had a great first visit with Dr Tran. We spoke of continued treatment after neck and spine surgery ..and a plan to tackle my other ailments there after...FINALLY some one who understood my pain!!!! He was thorough and compassionate and attentive and yes! Did not treat me like a druggie..which i am not but finally after 8plus years someone is finally helping without judgements...pain is a horrible thing and its sad how others have ruined it for those of us who sincerely need medication. His assistant is very professional and she too is compassionate. I look forward to seeing her...and my wait time was next to nothing YAY"

"Dr Tran you should have your license removed. You are not respectful, you dishonor your pledge, & are extremely aggressive and demeaning. You made me question everything yesterday and believe even less in our medical care system. You caused me embarrassment by having a full blown panic attack in front of everyone and how dare you say that I have little pain & minor issues! You left me speechless and I honestly cried for about 8 hours yesterday. I have been so sick and in so much pain and you put me in some kind of category and belittled me and then denied me treatment after just having my medication increased last month to not giving me anything knowing that I would be getting ill from it, you do not need to be a doctor. I have been there for a year or longer with not one single issue. Not one & for you to treat me so badly can not be justified. I have hundreds of people who can back me up in the kind of person I am and that I am not a drug addict, I don’t drink or anything along those lines! Just because you have power doesn’t mean you should.. it seems you have a few reports on your care or should I say lack of care, compassion, etc"

"One star is too many, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment, I was taken to a room to sit there for 1 hour while Dr. Tran took care of all of the patients with appointments scheduled after me. He came in with his assistant who blocked the door & took notes while Dr. Tran became very confrontational with me. They are NOT transparent on their policies between them & the state. Today was my last appointment ever with them. I asked the Dr. to please print out my mri results because they don't have a patient portal, only to find out after 1 year that they actually DO have one! If I had known one existed sooner, I probably could have prevented a lot of the issues they had with me being their patient that were never voiced. Very unprofessional doctors that try to push painful procedures on people."

"Dr. David Fritz ruined my life. He lied to me and told me if I had a 75% or better improvement with the nerve block he would proceed to the nerve ablation procedure. After I had the nerve block I told his nurse I had a 75% improvement but then he denied the ablation procedure because I needed an 80% or better improvement. I also discovered that he wasn’t even supposed to mention anything to me about what to say so my insurance would cover it. I am in the process of contacting the state over this. I have to start all over again with getting in to see a pain management provider. He is an absolute nightmare that I wish I had never had and he is breaking the law discussing what a patient has to say in order for their insurance to cover a procedure. He only cares about making money. I wouldn’t trust a lame animal to his care."
