He gave us a plan going forward. I liked this office and the staff. Well done! Negative: I want to begin with the extremely long wait time. It took 2 hours to get in and out. That was annoying. I will hope that it was only due to my son being a new patient."

"I’m a new patient and I can honestly say I love Smile Creator! From the easy to navigate website, ease of making an appointment through email/text, to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, I am so happy to have given them a chance. I like that they put you on a waitlist when earlier appointments are unavailable and when someone cancels you’re able to get that earlier appointment. They offer coffee, water, lip balm, and stress balls for your convenience and even have TVs in the waiting room and patient rooms so you can choose what you want to watch. They also send appointment reminders and give you a new patient gift and tour on your first visit! 10/10 I absolutely recommend them!"

"I worked at this office for a few years about 4 years ago as an ortho assistant twice a month and Dr Hwang is amazing. I continue to stay here as patient because Dr. Lee is a wonderful doctor. And I would know I have worked with him directly and also have been his patient for years. I have been a registered dental assistant through the state of California for most of my life and the work here is great but the front office staff is the worst I have ever seen. They are unprofessional and unorganized. Anna the girl in front is rude and very unpleasant when I ask questions about my children’s appointments. Every single one of the staff members but the doctors are new and they are going to run this practice to the ground if they don’t get better staff. For months now I am trying to get my kids in the simple cleanings and they have rescheduled my appointments four times. I am finally here today. I have been waiting for over an hour for my daughter to be seen for a cleaning. The text message that confirmed my appointment clearly stated that her appointment was at one and we arrive at 12:45. Very disappointing to see all the changes."
