"My family and I been coming to one touch Beauty since it opened. We always loved it but their quality lowered after their new hirings. Yesterday my sister and I went to get our eyebrows threaded and the girl cut our eyebrows in half. It was so bad that when we asked for them to fix it they said they were not able to because they would have to deform the natural shape of our eyebrows. What disappointed me more was that after asking for a refund they refused and gave us a coupon for One free eyebrow even after I told her that we would not be returning. I asked to speak to the manager to where they claimed she would not be in until next week. I left and called for the managers number and she asked that I send pictures to her phone. I’m still waiting for a reply and a hope that they can fix the situation. My sister and I have a huge public televised event this Saturday to where we both will be coming up with half an eyebrow thanks to One touch beauty. This isn’t the first time that I have had to go back and ask them to redo it but I never expected such an admitiré mistake as leaving patches in the eyebrow. I strongly advise against anyone going here."
