"Dr Clinkscales was smug and did not try to understand my daughters severe ear situation. He kept telling her what “wasn’t painful and what does not hurt” during the examination. After hurting her so badly she yelled and started crying, he never showed remorse or sympathy. Her ear has not stopped bleeding since his “non painful, non hurting” exam. She is missing school due to the pain and bleeding today. I suggest going to someone else who cares."
