"I love what Renee has done with my hair. Iv gone to her twice now. She helped me fix my $10 overgrown bowl cut I impulsively got the day before my 41st birthday. Now I can style my hair curly of straight. She also understands I want it to grow long again. Every time I see her the chit-chat is good. Between the wash, cut, and styling I feel glamorous every time I leave."

"I was on Chemo for a year and half. My hair had finally grew out after another a year and half. I figured, I will go to the number one salon in O.C because this was a big deal. I showed Colleen 3 hair styles that i wanted (very similar) and I left looking like a bird with only hair in the middle and little spikes on the sides. She did not listen to me at all! I usually take a mirror and do a 360 view of my hair after a cut. I did not do this at Salon Diva because I was so excited by getting my haircut from the owner of the Salon and felt I could trust her. I buzzed cut the rest of my hair because every time my daughters looked at me we laughed, however, later I cried. I spent $200.00 including the tip. Lesson learned just because the salon is voted #1 does not represent the true character or dignity of the business. I shared my disappointment with Colleen, she could of cared less."
