"First time I visited this location (note: I get a simple messy spiked hair cut) the hairstylist decided to leave me with long liberty spikes straight out of the early 90s, I had to go back the following day to get someone to finish cutting it. Second visit, after a THREE HOUR wait, the lady with giant fingernails just decided not to include the hair wash portion (the only part of the whole experience that is ever enjoyable), and yet still charged full price for the haircut + wash. They just do NOT care about their customers or the quality of their work."
