"I strongly feel a lack of genuine concern or knowledge of me as a patient and it’s so disappointing. I was so excited to have good enough insurance to be seen at Vanderbilt but it’s been a year-long nightmare. Despite numerous co-pays, time off from work, and endless imaging, my issue remains unresolved. While the place appears clean and staff seem kind, their empathy is a façade, hidden behind practiced apologies and unhelpful responses. Scheduling takes weeks if you’re lucky but normally a month or more. Prescriptions not making it to pharmacies and then no way to get ahold of the doctor to get it filled…. any deviation from a normal visit is met with robotic adherence to policies and sorry ma’ams. A bloated, overpriced system that fails to function at the level it is costing– my job wouldn't survive such indifference."

"I usually don’t do many reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience from today! I went for my annual checkup and it was my first time seeing Dr. Lastacia Evans. It’s definitely a little nerve wracking when you’re meeting a doctor for the first time and they have to examine your most private body parts. But from the moment I met Dr. Evans, I could tell it was going to be a laidback and pleasant experience. Dr. Evan’s did SO many things that made me feel comfortable and advocated for. She validated my choice to continue birth control and educated me more on it. She made thoughtful suggestions and let me choose what was best for me. She was considerate and respectful during the physical exam. She is just all around joyful, personable, and kind. She is definitely someone that will advocate for you and make you feel cared for! I am very thankful to have found Dr. Evans!"
