"I went in to have dental work to have a temporary crown replaced and to have a filling redone. During the dental work, Dr. Georgei was rougher than usual, causing much pain from my lips. She did not offer the usual headphones that I normally wear to help drown out the sound of the drill and distract me. At one point I moved my legs. Dr. Georgei spoke to me rudely. Dr. Georgei continued to be unnecessarily rough, causing more pain and stress. When it was over, she commented that I should've taken a Valium. She berated me for having anxiety. After I told her I had no one to drive me, Dr. Georgei suggested that I could've driven after one hour. This is in fact very dangerous for me as Valium knocks me out for the day. Driving under the influence of a drug is not the kind of advice I want to hear from a medical professional. Then she proceeded to yell at me as I began panicking and crying. I left Copper Canyon Smiles in tears and had to sit in my car to manage my anxiety before going back to get my records and driving home. Living with anxiety and trauma disorders have made it difficult for me to go to the dentist. I thought I finally met a dentist that I can trust . Dr. Georgei's behavior caused unnecessary pain, anxiety, and stress. I will not go back to Copper Canyon Smiles. I do not recommend this dentist. She has a nasty attitude."

"I just transferred dental insurance and was in need of a new dentist. Before I could do any looking for someone who takes my insurance, one of my front teeth broke! I requested an urgent care appt at Copper Canyon Smiles in Murrieta at 2am in the morning- less than seven hours later I was in their office as a never seen before new patient , with an incredible team including Dr Georgei. They were able to give me a temporary and make my smile look like new and set me up for a permanent bridge. They called the next morning to ck on me! This office was amazing and of course is now my new family dentist. Thanks to the amazing Dr. and her team of professionals! Highly recommend this wonderful dentist."

"The staff is very friendly and attentive. The wait to see the doctor was a bit long but it’s great to have the dentist herself examine AND clean (scrape the ickies at least) your teeth. (At my other dentist it was the hygienist that did that and the dentist would spend less than five minutes with me). Great place!"
